The Worst Service Experience I’ve Ever Had
I’m extremely disappointed with the service department at Acura of Los Angeles Westside. I’ve taken my car here twice, and both times were incredibly frustrating, time-consuming, and handled with shocking unprofessionalism. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Alexa was my first point of contact—she was friendly and helpful over the phone, and quickly connected me with Chris. Chris made the paperwork process smooth and easy, and Rod was great during the test drive—informative, patient, and no pressure at all. The whole team was professional and welcoming. I would never bring my car there again. The battery test showed pass and it’s good but they insisted I should replace it with a new one .im a Honda guy I’ve bought six Hondas from Scott Robinson but with my experience with this Acura RDX, I’ll never buy another Honda or Acura

Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful. Although the dealership does not yet have all of the necessary equipment to perform all services (i.e. replacementof recalled parts), it is more convenient for me to drive to this location than to Torrance.
Claudia was great. Very helpful and patient and answered all my questions. So glad Acura opened on Culver City since it’s not easy to get to the Valley or Torrance from the westside.
